INSIGHT INTO SADHANA

One of the strong wishes from Venerable Lama Sangyay Tendzin is to provide disciples with better understanding of the sadhanas thus facilitating the practice.

“Insight into Sadhana Practice” is fulfilling this wish. Led by Naljorma LEKSHEY the course incorporates vocabulary study and teachings on the deeper meaning of the text.

 We will study the key vocabulary in the Sangyay Menhla Sadhana, French Translation will be available.
